All print inventory is managed and stored by Petrichor Press LLC, which charges a flat packing, shipping, and insurance rate of $60 for anywhere in the United States. If purchasing from within the Philadelphia region, a pick-up can be arranged for a smaller packing fee.

Each print is insured for the full retail price. Prints can be purchased and shipped together which may lessen the overall packing and shipping cost. Petrichor Press offers free shipping for orders over $1250.

All prints are shipped flat to prevent curling. Flat artwork is easier to frame and display. Petricor Press will not ship fully framed artwork. If purchasing from within the Philadelphia region, the artist and/or Petrichor Press is happy to recommend a reputable framer in the city upon request.

All prints are non-refundable except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged. In this case, please contact Petrichor Press within 15 days of receiving the package with a descripton and images of the damage incurred by the artwork. The original packing material must also be documented and saved for return along with the damaged print(s). Petrichor Press will respond with further instructions on returning the artwork and issuing a refund.
